Architect and designer born in Vicenza in 1956, he met Ettore Sottsass in 1979 and in 1980, with Marco Zanini and Matteo Thun he founded Sottsass Associati. He actively participates in Memphis of which he is the founder with Sottsass and Michele De Lucchi. In 1989 he founded Cibic & Partners with Antonella Spiezio, the studio in which, in addition to his personal activity as a designer, for his own initiatives and for various companies, he developed an activity in the field of interior and architectural projects in Italy and abroad. abroad. He has been a professor at the Domus Academy since 1989 and since 1997 he has been teaching at the Degree Course in Industrial Design of the Milan Polytechnic, at the Royal College of Art in London, and at the Degree Course in Industrial Design at the IUAV. In 2005 he became Director of the Design Department of Fabrica, Benetton’s Communication Research Centre.
